Marketing Automation Specialist
Job Description
- Provide tactical marketing and automated campaign execution and split testing support.
- Support API, A/B testing for campaign to optimize website performance.
- Identify growth opportunities in the digital customer journey in order to facilitate leads generation and sales conversion.
- Work closely with agency to monitoring and fixing technical issues in a timely manner.
- Support the line manager in translating the various analytical and competitive insights into marketing and commercial strategies, and campaign plans.
- Review & analyze the data reports to generate insights & recommendations for website optimization and customers business growth.
- Be the contact point for CDP and effectively communicate cross-functionally.
Job Requirements
- At least 02 years experience in CRM, data and marketing automation execution.
- Experience in the analysis, design customer journey, development, testing and implementation of automation.
- Project Management.
- Good at communication in English language.
- Good communication in both business and technical language.
