The Opportunity: As a Content & Learning Experience Coordinator at Apollo, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality content to our stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
1. Data management:
- Manage data related to content projects, including content itself, briefs, reports and feedback.
- Facilitate the admin, drafting, and signing of freelance and vendor contracts and manage ongoing payments.
- Work with Business Intelligent Office to commission, oversee and analyse reports relevant to content and learning outcomes, to inform Content team work.
2. Content Operations
- Proactive support in updating, improving and formatting learning materials, and assist in presentation design
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, surveys, handle correspondence, and manage scheduling tasks.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content calendar
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- In line with Know Your Customer and Know Your Student principles, engage proactively with teachers, staff, parents and students to gather feedback and insights.
- Involvement in team projects through setting up projects in Project Management system, monitoring projects and tasks, chasing stakeholders
- Recruiting and maintaining a bank of trusted in-house freelancers for projects
- Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned by the Content Manager to support Apollo's goals and continuous improvement efforts.
